Enter into silence as we embody the season of winter for a weekend of introspection and stillness.
A silent meditation retreat is a time to step out of the comfort zone of our daily lives and pause in reflection. It is a time for stillness, growth, letting go, tuning into our inner intuition, finding clarity, cultivating creativity, building self-awareness, and sensing our wholeness.
As we let go of verbal interactions, we sink downward and inward, drifting away from the material world and merging with our own inner subtle energies. This is your personal invitation to step into Being, and let go of Doing. While there will be some facilitation and instruction, I invite you to embrace your own inner guide. Each one of us has our own inner teacher that is waiting to be heard. Listen. Contemplate. Wonder. Explore. Observe. Grow.
Guided activities including yoga, meditation, and forest therapy. There will also be free time for arts & crafts, reading, relaxation, walking in the woods, etc. All activities are optional. We honor our own individual journeys and give you full permission to fulfill your needs and take care of yourself.
