Hi, I’m Jess, and I’m so excited you are here. Eco-Embodied Experiences emerged as a way to bridge together different pieces of myself and settle an inner restlessness that has long lived deep in my soul.

As a certified yoga teacher, Forest Therapy Guide, and restoration ecologist, my experiences merge through a commitment to help heal our current socio-ecological crises.

Driven by my innate love for the natural world, each piece of my being molded me and revealed how they fit into an interconnected web, one that I hope can help restore our collective belonging, and with it, awaken a deep call to restore our selves, our relations with others, and the Earth by:

  • Connecting movement with breath through yoga,

  • Dissolving and disappearing into the world in order to fully experience it during forest therapy,

  • Authentically interacting in community, and

  • Exploring the depths of silence & stillness in meditation

The past few years, I’ve experimented and learned from friends and strangers that have been willing, courageous, and vulnerable to share their perspectives. Sharing my practices as a facilitator encourages me to dive deeper, internally clarifying, and organizing concepts in a way that will be meaningful and receptive.

My practices are rooted in opening to the present moment, and my offerings are not a means to encourage or promote spiritual by-passing. Instead, I seek to ground my offerings in the realities of the world and remain open to the diverse and difficult experiences of human-ness and human-mess.
