Approach:
When we rediscover our collective belonging, we awaken to our responsibility to care for the Earth.
Driven by an understanding and concern for our pressing environmental and social issues, we integrate ecological awareness into one’s physical being and daily life.
It emphasizes a deep, embodied connection to nature, where individuals experience and engage with their environment in a way that improves well-being.
Pairing nature, mindfulness, and movement, we blend various styles of yoga, forest therapy, meditation, and community practices to guide participants towards an intuitive exploration of being.

It is so beneficial to take the time to make your own direct connection to the earth, air, and water. It’s a calming, yet invigorating experience, and you learn a lot about yourself.

Before the forest therapy walk, I was very wound up and anxious. As soon as we started walking across the bridge and down the path, I felt the green veil of oxygen coming down from the trees and the mist coming from the water, and I felt the tension releasing. By the end of the session, I felt floppy as a piece of silly putty and ready to just go to sleep. I did sleep when I got home, which is usually a challenge, so the session did something good on a subtle level that I might not be able to explain well but that really improved my quality of breath and being.

I loved the guided meditation at the beginning and the invitation to lay down in nature! The experience made me feel grounded, present, and calm.

Forest therapy (both day and night) were my favorite and most memorable activities, and stand out for me as being really impactful and helping the most to calm my mind and allow me to be present. Nature is a wonderful teacher. I loved the sense of community - a group of people coming together for a similar purpose was lovely.
